The Miami Dolphins “All Community Team” allows players and coaches to purchase a block of twenty (20) tickets to all Miami Dolphins regular season home games and donate them to a charity of their choice. These Dolphins will treat each of the guests of the All-Community Team with a game-day ticket in addition to a voucher good for a hot dog, popcorn and soft drink. Players and coaches who participate in the “Legacy All Community Team” provide between 50-100 game tickets, t-shirt and food voucher to charitable organizations. This select group of Dolphins will be recognized with field-level signage, an in-game public address announcement and a scoreboard mention for their participation.
Working in conjunction with Sun Life Stadium, the Miami Dolphins honor a selected student from each of the partner schools at all of the team's regular season home games. The students are selected by their principals and teachers for their citizenship and classroom achievements. In recognition of their accomplishments, they are presented with a plaque during an on-field presentation. Publix also donates a $25 gift certificate to each Student of the Week.
The Miami Dolphins are the first team to partner with the entire State of Florida Library System for the Summer Reading Program. The Miami Dolphins also partner locally with the Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Lee County public libraries for the summer reading program, and each year extend their support to include funding reading incentives such as posters, signed hats and footballs. Books are also distributed state-wide to kids for summer reading prizes sponsored by the Miami Dolphins Foundation.
Dolphins players, alumni and cheerleaders make appearances at local libraries in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Lee Counties in conjunction with their summer reading programs. In addition, the Dolphins offer prizes to the kids including tickets and a VIP experience for the top winners to attend training camp practice as a VIP for the day. The team also sponsors Broward's summer reading game, which is distributed to 20,000 children. The Miami Dolphins Foundation sponsors the programs. For more information visit:
