Dolphins Realizan Dos Transacciones

Los Dolphins adquieren a un jugador por waivers y ponen a otro en la lista de lesionados.


Los Miami Dolphins recibieron al back defensivo, Dimitri Patterson luego que pasó por waivers procedente de los Cleveland Browns, según un informe del equipo. Para abrir espacio en el roster, los Dolphins tuvieron que colocar al tight end, Charles Clay en la lista de lesionados/reservas.

Patterson, 5-10, 200 libras, vio acción en siete partidos (cuatro como titular) esta temporada con los Browns y registró 28 tackles (25 solo) y cinco pases defendidos. Patterson jugó las últimas dos temporadas con los Browns (2011-12) después de estar con los Philadelphia Eagles (2009-10), donde interceptó cuatro pases, un record personal, incluyendo uno que devolvió para touchdown. Anteriormente, militó por dos campañas por los Kansas City Chiefs (2007-08), y un año para cada uno para los Minnesota Vikings (2006) y los Washington Redskins (2005). En su carrera, Patterson ha registrado 152 tackles (139 en solitario), cinco intercepciones, un sack y 29 pases defendidos.
