Ryan Tannehill has become increasingly comfortable in Adam Gase’s offense and he hopes that allows him to just “let it rip” in 2017. Our take: Tannehill got better as the 2016 season progressed and there’s every reason to believe that growth will just continue in 2017.

The offseason program ends this week, but that doesn’t mean the work will stop for defensive end Andre Branch. Our take: Branch learned early in his NFL career that taking care of his body would be very beneficial.

Entering his third season with the Dolphins, wide receiver Kenny Stills has emerged as a leader on offense. Our take: Gase was very happy the Dolphins re-signed Stills as a free agent this offseason, and the example that Stills sets for others was just one reason.

Running back Jay Ajayi thoroughly enjoyed his Pro Bowl experience last season, but it also left him wanting more. Our take: Ajayi was an every-down back at Boise State and he’s doing everything he can to try to make that happen in the NFL as well.
