• Reshad Jones, Brian Hartline and Jason Trusnik served as today’s game captains.  

• Ryan Tannehill finished the game at Cincinnati with a passer rating of 92.3, the highest of his young career.  

• Brian Hartline caught four passes for 59 yards at Cincinnati. His 312 receiving yards combined in back-to-back games is the fourth-most all time in team history.  

• With 49 receiving yards at Cincinnati, Davone Bess now has 3,015 receiving yards and needs 49 yards to tie Howard Twilley for 13th place in team history.   

• With two catches at Cincinnati, Davone Bess now has 282 career receptions. He currently is in third place in team history for most receptions by a Miami Dolphin player in their first five seasons with the team.   

• The Dolphins nine rushing touchdowns through the first five games of the season are the most the team has had through the first five games of a season since 2002.   

• Daniel Thomas scored his second rushing touchdown of the season on a one-yard run at Cincinnati.   

• Miami’s defense did not allow a rusher to go over 100 yards for the 19th consecutive game. It is Miami’s longest streak since not allowing a 100-yard rusher in 20 straight games from 2002-03.    

• Miami’s defense has held each opponent’s starting running back below their season average.    

• Reshad Jones recorded his second interception of the season at Cincinnati. He now has a career high two interceptions on the season. He also has four picks in his career.   

• With two half sacks at Cincinnati, Cameron Wake now has 33.5 sacks in his career. Wake has passed Trace Armstrong for most sacks by a Dolphins in their first four seasons with the team   

• Armstrong started his career with the Chicago Bears and joined Miami in 1995   

• Randy Starks recorded his first interception and fourth of his career when he intercepted an Andy Dalton pass in the third quarter which led to a Reggie Bush score.   

• Randy Starks’ third quarter interception increased his career total to four, which is tied for the NFL lead among active defensive tackles.   

• With his interception at Cincinnati, Randy Starks increased his franchise record for most interceptions by a defensive lineman. The ninth year pro has four interceptions as a member of the Dolphins which is twice as many as Bill Stanfill, who registered two during his eight year career with the Dolphins (1969-1976).   

• Randy Starks and Cameron Wake combined for a sack in the second quarter against Andy Dalton at Cincinnati. Wake also combined with Kevin Burnett for a sack on Dalton in the fourth quarter as well.   

• Jared Odrick and Paul Soliai combined for a sack in the first quarter against Andy Dalton at Cincinnati. Odrick now has two sacks on the season and Soliai has a half sack on the year.   

• Tony McDaniel saw his first game action of the season and recorded a key fumble recovery at Cincinnati.
