Booker T. Washington High School students have opportunity to meet Dolphins executives.

The Miami Dolphins hosted a group of twenty students from Booker T. Washington High School that are part of the Leadership Miami® program.

The students were given a “behind the scenes” tour of Sun Life Stadium and learned about the business side of Stadium Operations. A panel of Dolphins staff members including Group Tickets, Player Development, Accounting, Community Relations, Broadcasting and Media Relations spoke to the group in the Dolphins Locker Room about their career paths and day to day responsibilities. Dolphins’ staff spoke about the many careers available within sports and gave advice on how internships are a great way to get your foot in the door.

Leadership Miami® is an annual program sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and several of Miami-Dade County's premier companies, local agencies and corporations. Leadership Miami® offers its members the opportunity to meet Miami's leaders and to share an intensive learning experience that focuses on community issues and leadership skills. The program provides members with lectures, seminars and small group discussions and leadership skills exercises to address vital issues affecting Miami-Dade County.
