Fan Experience At Sunday’s Opener A Sight To Behold

Posted Sep 20, 2013

Unique player walk is among numerous new features in store.

Try recreating what the Miami Dolphins have planned on Sunday at Sun Life Stadium in your living room and you’ll be in violation of too many safety codes to count.

First off, the most exciting fan experience cannot be recreated anywhere but Sun Life Stadium. The home opener against the Atlanta Falcons will be the first time fans get to see the their favorite players as they enter the stadium through Gate A as part of the all ne player walk – and that’s only where the fun begins.

Make your way to the Gate G Grand Plaza presented by AT&T and enjoy music from your favorite tribute bands, watch the Finsider’s Pregame show, test your skills at the Ford Football Experience, get Cheerleader & Alumni Player Autographs and taste a variety of your favorite neighborhood Food Trucks. If you need new gear, visit the Miami Dolphins team store to grab your new logo Dolphins gear.

The next stop is the Don Shula Plaza at Gate E. You and your family can play on the Dolphin’s Academy Football Field, enjoy the Pepsi Family Tailgate zone, get autographs, win prizes and watch performances by the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders.

Then feel free to come by Gate C to the Joe Robbie Alumni Plaza presented by Bank of America and participate in the Corn Hole Tournament, watch fan performances on the tailgate talent stage and walk through the history of Dolphin greats at the Dolphins Walk of Fame.

Once inside the stadium your game day experience continues. Visit the expanded Dolphins Academy zones on the 100 Level in sections 118 and 146 and test your football skills at the snapping, kicking and passing stations.

There is no better way to take in a live Miami Dolphins football than to be right in the middle of the action at Sun Life Stadium, and there is certainly no better way to christen the home schedule than being a part of this home opener for an unbeaten 2-0 team.
