FOXBORO, Mass. – Third-year cornerback Nolan Carroll will be unable to go today against the New England Patriots, as the frigid temperatures likely weren’t the best medicine for his knee.

Joining Carroll on the inactive list are wide receiver Davone Bess, quarterback Pat Devlin, rookie linebacker Josh Kaddu, offensive tackle Patrick Brown, tight end Kyle Miller and rookie defensive tackle Kheeston Randall.

For the Patriots, newly signed wide receiver Kamar Aiken, cornerback Marquice Cole, defensive backs Alfonzo Dennard and Nate Ebner, offensive linemen Nick McDonald and Markus Zusevics and defensive end Jake Bequette are inactive.
