Dolphins add and waive tight ends.

The Miami Dolphins have signed tight end Raymond Webber and waived tight end Brett Brackett, the team announced.

The 6-2, 237-pound Webber joins the Dolphins after spending time with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League in 2013. He spent time with the New York Jets during the 2012 preseason prior to entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2011, where he was placed on injured reserve for the season. A four-year letterman at Arkansas Pine-Bluff, he posted 180 catches for 2,376 yards (13.2 avg.) and 16 touchdowns during his collegiate career. Born June 1, 1989 in St. Louis, Mo., Webber attended Clyde C. Miller High School in St. Louis, Mo.
