Per multiple media reports, the team has released the 11-year veteran.

Per multiple media reports, including that of Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Miami Dolphins have reportedly released veteran defensive tackle Randy Starks.

Starks, 31, is an 11-year veteran, spending the last seven years of his career with the Dolphins. In 2014, he played and started in 15 games for the team, recording 28 combined tackles, 4.5 sacks. In his seven seasons in Miami, Starks posted 253 combined tackles, 30.5 sacks, 16 passes defended, four interceptions, and one forced fumble. Before signing with the Dolphins in February of 2008, Starks spent the first four years of his career with the Tennessee Titans, the team that drafted him with the 71st overall pick in the 2004 NFL draft.
