SeaWorld Orlando's Antarctica Experience Coming To Fin Fest

Posted Apr 17, 2013

Fin Fest offers Dolphins fun for the entire family.

Penguins at a football stadium? Surely this must be some sort of hoax.

Nope, it’s not. Those fans planning to attend the second annual Fin Fest at Sun Life Stadium one week from Saturday, April 27th, are in for an added bonus, courtesy of SeaWorld Orlando. A trip up to Section 216 on the Club Level will open up a whole new world as part of SeaWorld Orlando’s Epic Voyage tour. A special sneak peek of their newest attraction, “Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin,” which opens on May 24th, will be on display.

Season Ticket Members will be able to walk through the gates at Sun Life Stadium at noon, one hour before the general public is allowed in, and will be the first to get to see live penguins at the SeaWorld experience. Other animals will also be showcased on the main stage on the field, as SeaWorld is a proud partner of the Miami Dolphins and Jason Taylor is a spokesperson for the park.

Taylor led the Football Family of the Year promotion last year and he will be taking his family on their second trip to SeaWorld Orlando to experience the all-new Antarctica attraction. That promotion is returning this fall.

Fin Fest is a free event and runs until 5 p.m. Fans attending Fin Fest will have the opportunity to obtain current Dolphins player and alumni autographs throughout the day, watch the 2013 Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders Final Auditions, play on the field, shop at the team garage sale and enjoy Dolphins memorabilia displays.

Fin Fest will also feature live draft coverage and analysis by The Finsiders. Additionally, fans can purchase season tickets and preview premium seating options available for the 2013 season while at Fin Fest. Season tickets start at just $34 per ticket per game and offer fans exclusive savings, experiences and access.

Also, on Saturday, May 4th, eight Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders will sign autographs and perform at Viva la Musica at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. The MDC will perform on stage before the main act. Performances are included with daily admission, Fun Card or an annual pass. Viva la Mύsica is Central Florida’s can’t-miss Latin food and concert festival. Viva la Música features food, drink, music and fun for the entire family, bringing together live salsa and merengue performances from award-winning Latin artists, authentic arts and crafts and fiery Latin cuisine.
