(On his strengths) – “Well, I can do it all. I can play left or right, but, I think about it, it’s up to coach, wherever he wants me to. I’m just happy I got picked and get a chance to play ball. It’s my dream.”
(On his conversation with the Dolphins after he was selected and if they indicated whether he’ll play at tackle or guard) – “They didn’t say. It’s up to coach, wherever he wants me. I’m just happy to get picked up.”
(On if he visited the Dolphins prior to the Draft and how much interest the team showed in him) – “I had talked to them a lot during…I talked to them at the Senior Bowl and at the Combine, but I didn’t have a chance to get down there like I wanted to.”
(On if he was surprised that the Dolphins selected him) – “Not that surprised because I had talked to them. We had like conversations and setting up a visit and stuff and all that, but I didn’t know where we were going to go with it and stuff.”
(On how much the competition in the SEC will help him in the NFL) – “It’s going to help a little bit, but I know going into the league, it’s just a whole other ball game. So I’ve just got to get in, learn and go from there.”
(On if he can come in and compete to start right away) – “That’s my dream. That’s what I hope for. I hope to just get in and compete and just go from there.”
(On the Dolphins preferring more agility and mobility in linemen and if he fits that model) – “Yes, sir. I can fit in any type of offense cause I feel I’m that athletic to get the job done.”
