The Miami Dolphins have signed guard Ray Feinga and cornerback Kevin Hobbs (pictured) and placed wide receiver Taurus Johnson on waivers and cornerback Evan Oglesby on Injured Reserve.

The 6-4, 337-pound Feinga finished the 2009 NFL season as a member of Miami’s practice squad and was resigned on January 5, 2010. He was released by the Dolphins on July 30, 2010. A four-year letter winner at Brigham Young, Feinga started 35 games for the Cougars along the offensive line. Originally signed as an undrafted college free agent by the St. Louis Rams following the 2009 NFL Draft, he has also spent time in 2009 with the San Diego Chargers during training camp.

The 6-0, 188-pound Hobbs has appeared in 34 career games with the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions. During that time he has amassed 49 tackles and two passes defensed. A two year letter winner at Auburn after transferring from Texas Southern he played in all 13 games in 2003, starting seven, and tied for the team high in interceptions. Hobbs was originally signed as an undrafted college free agent by the Seattle Seahawks following the 2006 NFL Draft.

Johnson was signed as a free agent on January 5, 2010, Oglesby was re-signed by the Dolphins on August 3, 2010.
