5% discounts are available for annual Dolphins GameDay print advertisers.
Rate Agreements:
Advertisers wanting to aggregate impressions over the course of a six month period will be asked to sign a rate agreement. This agreement allows advertisers to buy, for example, 750,000 impressions for a early season flight, add another 800,000 impressions for a post season flight and thereby qualify for the 1,500k impression level rate.
Notes:
Run Of Site campaigns of 75,000 impressions or less can be called complete when the specified impression level is reached regardless of the flight length.
Terms and Conditions:
The publisher will not be bound by any conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on any order blank, insertion order, contract or other document, or expressed orally. Orders for advertisements are accepted only upon publication thereof and only on the terms and conditions contained in this rate card. This rate card and the level of advertising ordered constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements on the subject hereof.
The publisher reserves the right, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, to decline any advertising copy and to cease further publication of any advertising and shall not be liable in any way therefore, provided that any charges received by the publisher for advertising that is not published shall be refunded.
Payment is due at the time of advertising insertion order.
The publisher will track the impressions for advertisements and may take any adjustments, in consultation with the advertiser, for the purpose of achieving the number of impressions on which an order is based.
Advertising agencies recognized by the publisher receive a commission of 15% of gross. If advertiser/agency is credit-approved, advertiser/agency agrees to remit payment for advertising on or before the end of the month following that in which advertising is published. Publisher reserves the right, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, to revoke any credit approval. Advertising agencies are responsible for payment of all advertising ordered on behalf of their clients, but the publisher reserves the right to hold the agency and the advertiser jointly and severally liable for all such payments.
All advertisements are accepted for publication entirely upon the representation that the agency and advertiser are properly authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. It is understood that, in consideration of the publication of advertising, the advertiser and agency will each fully hold harmless and fully indemnify the publisher from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries or expenses of any nature whatsoever, including reasonable fees of counsel selected by the publisher, arising directly or indirectly from the publication of any advertisement (including, but not limited to, claims of infringement of copyright or trademark or claims of libel or invasion of privacy) or based upon or arising out of any matter or thing contained in any advertisement.
The publisher reserves the right to revise at any time with notice to the advertiser any rates, terms and conditions of this rate card. Miami Dolphins logos and marks are a separate agreement and not applicable for this offer. We will provide you with an approved return link button for your site.
Privacy Policy:
Ads served by third party agencies (i.e. Matchlogic or Ad Knowledge) that use cookie technology must submit a link to that agency's privacy policy page. Any ad banners that serve cookies to our visitors who don't comply will have their ads removed immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice within 30 days of program start: 100% refund
Notice within 15 days of program start: 50% refund
Notice of less than 15 days of program start: 0% refund
