How would I be able to obtain Lower Level Season Tickets?
There are two options for those that are interested in purchasing Lower Level Season Tickets:
Option 1: When you become a "New Season Ticket" purchaser you receive Season Tickets in the Upper Level. When renewing your Season Tickets for each subsequent season, an upgrade or relocation request may be made with the submission of your renewal payment. Only those requests accompanying a renewal payment on "Renewed Season Tickets" will be considered for upgrades or relocation. All relocations and upgrades are made on a first-come, first-serve basis based on consecutive longevity as a Dolphins Season Ticket Holder, availability and specificity of the requests.
Option 2: The Miami Dolphins offer a Corporate VIP Package inclusive of Lower Level seating. For more information on the Corporate VIP package, please click here or call 1-888-FINS-TIX (346-7849) to speak with a Miami Dolphins Account Executive.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by either Check or Credit Card. Checks may be made payable to Miami Dolphins, Ltd and forwarded to Miami Dolphins Season Ticket Sales Department, 2269 Dan Marino Blvd, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
What are my payment options?
When paying for your Miami Dolphins Season Tickets you have two options:
Option 1: Pay in Full with either a Check payable to Miami Dolphins Ltd, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Option 2: Choose our new three month, interest-free payment plan. For more information on this payment plan please call 1-888-FINS-TIX (346-7849) and speak with an Account Executive.
What is the age limit for children to enter the game without a ticket?
Children who are two (2) years of age or older must have a ticket to enter the game.
What time do gates open?
Parking Gates open four (4) hours prior to kick off. Stadium Gates open two (2) hours prior to kick off.
Where do we park?
Season Ticket Holders are given the opportunity to purchase an Orange season parking pass. Parking in the Orange lots is on a first-come, first-parked basis.
Preferred parking (Blue, Purple and Maroon) is not available for 100/400 level season ticket holders as they are only offered to Club and Suite Members that purchase their seats on multiple-year agreements.
To avoid excessive traffic and enjoy the entertainment on the Grand Plaza, fans are encouraged to arrive early. All Parking gates will open four (4) hours prior to kick off.
Interior Orange Season Ticket Holder lots are generally filled two (2) hours prior to kick off. When the interior Orange lots are filled, Orange parking pass holders are directed to the Stadium's exterior Orange lots.
Seasonal parking for individuals with disabilities is available with an orange parking pass and a
state-issued disabled decal, placard, or pass. Disabled parking is located on all four sides of Dolphin Stadium.
