Ben Johnson enters his first season with the Dolphins after being named offensive assistant on February 10, 2012.

Johnson joins the Dolphins after spending three years (2009-11) at Boston College. He spent his final two seasons as the offensive graduate assistant after spending his first season as the team’s video graduate assistant. 
Prior to his time at Boston College, Johnson spent a year working as a software            developer for eTeleNext, Inc. in Durham, N.C. He also worked as a math tutor for University of North Carolina student-athletes. 
Johnson played four seasons as a quarterback for UNC after walking on to the team in 2004. He graduated from North Carolina in 2008 with a B.S. in mathematics and a B.S. in  computer science.
