Mosley joins the Dolphins after spending the 2011 season as the offensive line coach at Saint Anselm. Mosley’s additional duties included video coordinator and director of football operations. Mosley spent two seasons (2009-10) with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, working with the offensive line in 2009 and then with the defensive line in 2010. Mosley served as the tight ends coach at Princeton University in 2008 after working with the offensive line at Boston College in 2007. In 2006, he was a cornerbacks coach at Villanova University. He also served as a graduate assistant at the University of Akron in 2005, where he worked with the tackles and tight ends. Mosley served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning as well as the offensive line coach at Washington & Jefferson College in 2004.

Mosley was a running back, playing his first two collegiate seasons at Southeast Missouri State, before finishing out his collegiate career at Washington & Jefferson, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology in 2001.
