Marlon, who was born in Sacramento, Calif., attended that city’s Natomas High School and went on to play at Fresno State University, made a successful return home to Northern California with the Dolphins in 2010. The rookie scored on a 57-yard touchdown reception from Chad Henne at the Oakland Raiders on November 28. The catch was the first touchdown reception of his career and the Dolphins’ longest play from scrimmage in 2010.
