FINS FACT
NFL players need motivation and sometimes it comes when you least expect it. Such was the case for Tony, an undrafted free agent in training camp with the Jaguars in 2006. “In high school, I wasn’t one of the top players in the nation,” Tony said. “In college, I wasn't really one of the top players. I’ve always been a guy that people say has potential. So when the head coach, Jacksonville’s Jack del Rio, comes and says ‘You’re a good player’ and ‘You can do all this if you just work on a couple of things,’ to a guy who hadn't even made the team yet, it was kind of the confidence booster that made me believe that I can do this.”
