Dropping Seats or Parking Passes

For the protection of our Season Ticket Members, you must provide written notification of ticket/parking pass deletions if you wish to drop a seat or parking pass from your account. A signed letter, or e-mail from the e-mail listed on the account, must be sent to your personal Guest Experience Representative. A new invoice will be provided if requested. No seats or parking passes will be dropped over the phone.
