Parking

Stadium parking gates open 4 hours prior to game time. Parking lots close two (2) hours from the conclusion of regulation play. If you need towing services, please call the game-day hotline at 305.943.8000.

Cash Parking is $25. Limousine, Bus and RV Parking are $80.

Disabled Parking

Sun Life Stadium has 250 disabled parking spaces located on site for easy access to and from the stadium Disabled parking is located at Gates A, C, E and G. A valid state-issued disabled parking pass is required for admission into the disabled parking lots. If all disabled spaces are occupied, Sun Life Stadium will allow disabled guests to use valet parking, located at Gates C (north side of stadium) and G (south side of stadium), at no charge.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is a pre-paid service available for Club Level members. Drop off your vehicle by Gate C (north side of stadium) or Gate G (south side of the stadium), depending on your seat/suite location. For more information on valet parking, call 1-888-FINS-TIX (346-7849).

Tailgating

For the enjoyment of all, please follow these tailgating guidelines:

  • Occupy ONE parking space per vehicle. Please do not save spaces for others.
  • Tailgate directly behind your vehicle using an 8'x10' space (some parking spaces have an outline painted on the ground marking this area).
  • Do NOT block the fire lane; the lane is needed for emergency response vehicles. Miami-Dade Police Officers will patrol these areas to ensure compliance.
  • No box trucks, trailers or grills in-tow or any catering service from an outside source may be brought in.
  • No kegs are allowed on the property. Anyone dispensing beer from a keg will be asked to leave and the keg will be confiscated.
  • No serving of alcohol to minors is allowed.
  • No golf carts or motorized scooters of any kind are permitted.
  • No generators, home speakers, banners and/or DJs may be used.
  • No professional DJ setups are permitted in parking lots.
  • Please keep music volume low and do not play music with inappropriate language.
  • Barbeque grills are allowed; open-flame fires are not allowed.
  • Extinguish hot coals before leaving the area.
  • Do NOT dispose of charcoal briquettes on the ground. After they're cold, place them in a plastic bag and deposit them in a trash bin.
  • Clean up your area before entering the stadium so it's safe for you and others.

Please remember that Sun Life Stadium is private property and our rules and regulations will be strictly enforced for the safety and convenience of our guests.

Easy Entry

To expedite your entry into the stadium, avoid the peak time of 30 minutes before kick-off through 15 minutes after the start of the game.

  • For your safety, all guests are subject to the NFL mandated pat-down searches.
  • All belongings are subject to searches.
  • Inebriated and unmanageable guests will not be admitted.
  • Guests, including children over two years of age, must have their valid tickets with them at all times and show their tickets upon request.
  • No scalping, illegal sales or solicitation allowed on stadium premises.
  • No re-entry allowed without a stadium-issued re-entry pass.
  • Guests with disabilities may enter through Gate C (north side) or Gate G (south side).
  • Club and Suite Members may enter through Gate C (north side) or Gate G (south side).
  • Guests may only access areas for which they hold a valid ticket or credential.
  • Violation may result in the guest having their ticket revoked, ejection or arrest.

To avoid delays at the Gate, and for the safety of our guests, the following items are prohibited:

  • Animals (Except for certified animals assisting disabled guests.)
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Bags, purses or camera cases that exceed 14" x 14" x 8" in size
  • Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, hard containers
  • Cameras with lenses exceeding 8"
  • Food
  • Noise makers, laser pointers and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
  • Strollers (permitted in Suites only. Strollers must enter Gates C or G)
  • Umbrellas, poles, brooms
  • Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)

The stadium is not responsible for items left at any of the entry gates. We encourage you to return any disallowed items to your vehicle.

Allowable Items:
  • Footballs
  • Binoculars and binocular cases. Cases must not exceed 14" x 14" x 8" in size.
  • Cameras and camera cases. Personal cameras and hand-held video cameras are permitted. Camera cases must not exceed 14" x 14" x 8" in size.
  • Beverages - one (1) 16 oz. unopened plastic bottle of water per person is permitted. Bottle must not be frozen. NO OTHER BEVERAGES PERMITTED.
  • Bags - soft-sided bags are allowed but cannot exceed 14" x 14" x 8" in size.
  • Stadium Merchandise - stadium merchandise purchased on the premises is permitted in soft-sided bags not exceeding 14" x 14" x 8" in size.
  • Football helmets.
Getting to Your Seat - Ramps/Escalators/Elevators
100 Level

The best way to get to your seats is to use the ramps located at the corners of the stadium. Use the following gates for easy entry:

  • Gate B: Sections 101-113 (Gate C for Disabled Guests)
  • Gate D: Sections 114-127 (Gate C for Disabled Guests)
  • Gate F: Sections 128-142 (Gate G for Disabled Guests)
  • Gate H: Sections 145-155 (Gate G for Disabled Guests)
Club Level (200/300 Level)

If you are a Club Level member, use the escalators (or elevators if you have a special need) to the 200 Level.

  • Gate C Escalators or Elevators: Suites 201-227 and 301-327; Legends II Suites (Suite 304)
  • Gate E Elevators: Hall of Champions; Legends I (Suite 324); Legends III (Suite 332)
  • Gate G Escalators or Elevators: Suites 228-256 and 328-356

Smoking Area

Smoking is only permitted on the designated areas on the ramps, at the Smirnoff Bars and the corners of the expanded concourses on the south and north sides of the stadium on the 100 level as indicated by the smoking signs. NO smoking is permitted in the seating bowl or other areas of the facility.

Alcohol Sales

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol at the game. There is a two drink maximum per person per visit to our concession stands. Alcohol will not be sold to Guests who appear intoxicated. Sun Life Stadium reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any Guest. Alcohol sales will stop at the end of the third quarter. We ask that you drink responsibly and we encourage the use of a designated driver.

Designated Driver Program

The Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium encourage the use of our Designated Driver Program. From gate opening until the beginning of the second quarter, guests who are able to produce a valid drivers license, and are 21 years of age, are eligible to become "Designated Drivers" for the evening. In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of the group home, Designated Drivers will receive a coupon redeemable for a free fountain soft drink during the game. Sign up for the Designated Driver Program at Guest Relations, located at Sections 156, 215, 242, 315, 342, 456.

Banner and Signs

Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are football related and in good taste, as determined by stadium management. Signs may not be hung or displayed in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game or stadium advertising signage.

In addition, signs may not be placed such that they would interfere with a player's sight-lines and must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties.

Cameras

For your enjoyment, still cameras and small video cameras are permitted into the stadium. Guests may not reproduce any film shot at the game for any commercial use without the written permission of the Miami Dolphins and the NFL.

Elevators, Escalators and Ramps

For the convenience of our suite patrons and guests with disabilities, elevators are located at Gates C and G.

In addition, guests may utilize the escalators and ramps at Gates B, D, F and H to gain access to the seating area.

Guest Conduct

Sun Life Stadium is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. With this in mind, please be aware that Sun Life Stadium will proactively monitor and intervene to support an environment where all guests can enjoy their experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
  • Foul or abusive language and/or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Sitting in a seat location other than the guest's ticketed seat
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
  • Smoking except for designated areas
  • Destroying property

Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games.

Guest Relations

The Guest Relations Centers are located at Sections 156, 128 and 428. These service centers operate from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions and request assistance at these locations.

Guests With Disabilities

Guests with disabilities attending Dolphins games are offered special seating. For more information, please contact the Dolphins Ticket Office at 1-888-FINS-TIX (346-7849). For special needs and additional information, please contact Guest Services at 305.943.8000.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found is located at Guest Relations. Should you need assistance on a non-game day, call (305) 943-8000.

Lost Little Linebackers

Lost Little Linebackers is a program in which a child is registered at Guest Relations and a wristband with their seating location is placed on their wrist. Should the child get lost, they may approach the nearest event staff, usher or uniformed officer, who will escort the child to their seating location.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is only permitted on the designated areas on the ramps and at the Smirnoff Bars on the 100 level as indicated by the smoking signs. NO smoking is permitted in the seating bowl or other areas of the facility.

Re-Entry Policy

For the safety of all fans, the stadium does not allow re-entry into the building. For emergencies, please see the Gate Supervisor.

Tickets

Children under the age of two do not require a ticket for entry into Dolphins games.

The Stadium Ticket Office is located at Gate G on the ground level. Tickets may be purchased in person at the ticket office: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Should you have any questions, please contact a ticket office representative at 1-888-FINS-TIX (346-7849).

Patrons may not re-sell tickets at any price on stadium grounds. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void, or other invalid tickets, please purchase tickets only from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or the Stadium Ticket Office.
