Brandon Plinto joined the Dolphins in July of 2015 as a Membership Development Associate. Now in his fourth position with team, Plinto is responsible for overseeing the Membership Development Team alongside Nolan O'Connor.
Plinto began his sports sales career with the Dolphins as a Membership Development Associate where he quickly emerged as a top performer and leader, amassing over $240,000 in revenue in his first campaign of selling and earning the companies Inside Sales MVP Award.
From there he was promoted as an Account Executive of Business Development and spent a year focusing on selling and servicing high net worth individuals and top C Level Executives in South Florida. As an Account Executive, he closed multiple multi-year annual suite and luxury contracts earning a promotion to Account Manager of Premium Sales where he followed up his previous campaign by eclipsing over $675,000 in revenue and earning the 2017 Culture Award.
In his current role, he co-manages the Membership Development department of 18 representatives and is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing entry level reps.
Originally from New York, Plinto received his Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Sports Management from Northwood University in 2015. Plinto currently resides in Miami, FL.
