Courtney Campbell began her tenure with the Miami Dolphins in January of 2019 as a Group Sales Manager after a successful career as a Group Account Executive with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In her role, she co-manages the Miami Dolphins Group Sales Team alongside Todd Rhinehart with the goal of meeting and exceeding all group sales goals. Together, Courtney and Todd recruit, train and develop reps, all while providing the resources necessary to aid reps in achieving overall sales success. They collaborate with the other sales teams and managers to ensure organizational sales goals are met through the full-menu sales approach.
While with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she managed over five group sales programs per season, excelled in the Management In Training program, was awarded Difference Maker of the Moment for three consecutive seasons and took on the role as Training Camp Sales Supervisor in 2018. Her previous experience came from working in Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce and Association Management.
Courtney earned her BSBA in Marketing, BA in Foreign Language and Literature and a minor in Public Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys reading, staying active, traveling and socializing. She resides in Fort Lauderdale.
