Ramon enters his first season with the Miami Dolphins as vice president, chief information officer. In this role, Millan leads technology across all Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium properties.
Prior to joining the Dolphins, Millan held leadership positions in different countries and industries where he had roles in sales, marketing and digital operations. He most recently served as the Chief Technology & Digital Officer for Fortress Inc.
Millan holds M.S. degrees in Healthcare Digital Management and Organizational Leadership from Harvard University. He currently resides in South Florida with his wife.
