Now you can take MiamiDolphins.com on the go with iTunes and your iPod. Dol-Fans can download Coach Tony Sparano's press conferences, player interviews and practice highlights. Just follow these few simple steps to have the Miami Dolphins downloaded to your computer and added to your iPod automatically.

• Download and install iTunes (located here.)
• Click on the links below.
• iTunes will automatically open and you will see that you are subscribed to the podcasts.
• Click on "Edit -> Preferences -> Podcasts" in order to change iTunes to check for podcasts every hour instead of once a day.

That's all there is to it. iTunes will automatically update daily with our audio and/or video clips.
