What is the Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium Summer Internship Program?

The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium Summer Internship Program is a dynamic, 10-week paid experience designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities across multiple business units—including the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.

Interns are selected based on their career interests, prior internship or work experience, academic background, and alignment with departmental needs. This program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while gaining direct exposure to the fast-paced world of sports and live entertainment.

At the Miami Dolphins, we pride ourselves on being a results-driven organization with heart. Our mission is to honor the proud winning tradition of the Dolphins by building a high-integrity, team-first, innovative, and results-oriented organization—one that consistently competes for championships and makes a meaningful impact both on and off the field.

Headquartered at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, our organization operates out of a premier global entertainment destination. Hard Rock Stadium is home to the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, University of Miami football, the Orange Bowl, the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship, and is a host site for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The venue also hosts world-class events including concerts, music festivals, and international soccer matches—all designed to deliver unforgettable live experiences that reflect the vibrant culture of South Florida.
