OurValues
INTEGRITY

INTEGRITY

Dolphins team-members are courageous professionals who exercise good judgment in decision-making, and communicate and act with compassion and heart. They represent the company well internally and externally, control their emotions, and operate from a place of conviction not insecurity. They constantly strive to gain trust from their colleagues, fans, customers, partners, and community by doing what they say they are going to do, and by delivering on commitments. They accept responsibility, act with discretion, and keep confidential information confidential.

INNOVATION

INNOVATION

Dolphins team-members are open-minded, out-of-the-box thinkers who mine wisdom, seek continuous improvement, and challenge the status quo. They foster innovation and are smart risk-takers who embrace change. They are disciplined but not dogmatic. They are constantly learning and asking good questions. They share best practices and knowledge and seek others' points of view and ideas.

TEAMWORK

TEAMWORK

Dolphins team-members are team-players who persuasively communicate their thoughts and ideas and practice active listening in order to understand and reinforce team goals. They build a collaborative team environment both within their department and throughout the organization. They avoid territorial tendencies and exhibit flexibility. They appropriately give and share credit with others. They cultivate, maintain and enhance diverse, inclusive, and mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders; internal and external. They promote positivity, a genuine sense of collaboration and respect, and are focused on the end-goal of doing what is best for the organization before themselves or their department.

RESULTS

RESULTS

Dolphins team-members are driven by wanting to be the best they can be and by beating the competition. They set high standards for themselves and the organization. They take ownership of their area of responsibility and hold themselves and others accountable for results by clearly communicating goals, measuring and tracking performance, and openly sharing successes and failures. They are critical thinkers who pay attention to detail. They apply objectivity and fiscal responsibility to their decision-making process; driving for short-term results while considering the vision for long-term success. They have great work ethic and will do what it takes to get the job done.
