Summary:

The Miami Dolphins Leadership Development Program gives Associates the opportunity to rotate through 3-4 departments over the span of roughly 12 months with the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. The program is designed to customize rotations based on organizational need and associates' skillsets. The ideal candidate in this role will demonstrate a relentless desire to learn, unique ability to communicate with different employees across all entities, strong interpersonal intelligence, and problem-solving skills. This program is intended for recent graduates of Bachelor's or Master's degree programs who crave accelerated learning and leadership opportunities in a dynamic sports and entertainment organization.

Location:

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree, with strong academic achievement and performance
  • Candidates must have graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in the 12 months prior to July 2024
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Elite verbal and written communication skills
