What payment options are the Miami Dolphins offering Season Ticket Members for Playoffs Pay As We Play?
Members can secure their 2023 seats and parking (if applicable) with no payment required to sign up. Under this plan, Members will guarantee their current seating location for any potential home playoff game(s). Members will only be charged for each round when, and if, home games are confirmed. Members will have until Friday, December 8 at 5pm to opt-in to this plan.
How much do my playoff tickets cost?

Note: Your Dolphins Member Preferred Member Price is discounted compared to the single game playoff ticket price purchased during the presale or public on-sale periods.
Do I have to purchase my tickets for the playoffs?
You are not required to purchase Playoff tickets; however, if you do not notify us of your intent to opt-in for the Pay As We Play plan by December 8 at 5pm, you understand that you are forfeiting your seats and parking (if applicable) to all potential home playoff games this season and acknowledge that your seats may be sold to another purchaser.
Can I just opt-in for my seats for a specific round or do I have to opt-in for all three potential games?
To secure your season ticket location for the 2023 playoffs you must opt-in for all three potential home playoff games by using the Pay As We Play plan if you are not already enrolled.
Can I upgrade my location for Pay As We Play?
No, upgrade options are not available. To secure alternate locations, tickets must be purchased through the presale and on-sale through Ticketmaster.
What are the dates of potential home playoff games?
January 13-15, 2024 - AFC Wild Card Playoffs
January 20-21, 2024 - AFC Divisional Playoffs
January 28, 2024 - AFC Conference Championship Game
When will my credit card be charged?
Members will only be charged for each round when, and if, home games are confirmed with the card on file.
How much will my card be charged if I'm opted into Pay As We Play?

How can I change the credit card that is on file that will be used to process any future playoff tickets?
To update the credit card associated with your Dolphins account, please log in to your Online Dolphins Account Manager and edit the current payment method or reach out to your service rep directly.
What if my credit card declines?
Members will have 24 hours to update their payment method. If your method of payment is not updated and processed within 24 hours, your seats will be made available to other ticket buyers.
What happens if the Dolphins don't make the playoffs?
Nothing! Members will only be charged for each round when, and if, home games are confirmed with the card on file.
Will I have the opportunity to purchase additional playoff tickets as a Season Ticket Member?
Yes, Season Ticket Members will have a pre-sale through Ticketmaster for additional playoff tickets at a later date.
What will the cost be for additional tickets purchased during the presale?
Tickets purchased during the presale will be at the standard single game playoff price. Presale tickets will not be at the Dolphins Preferred Playoff Price and limited tickets will be available.
Payment in full is required for additional tickets. If a home game is not confirmed, payment for paid playoff tickets will automatically be refunded in 30 days.
Can I purchase passes to the Dolphins' Members Lounges or Tailgate Garages for the playoffs?
Tickets to the Members Lounges and Tailgate Garages will be available for purchase at a later date.
Can I transfer my playoff tickets to my guest(s) coming to the game with me or give them to someone else?
Yes! If a home playoff game is confirmed and tickets for that game have been paid in full, you will have the ability to transfer tickets directly to your guests through your Online Dolphins Account Manager.
Will playoff tickets be mobile?
Yes, all tickets will be mobile. Members will have access to transfer ticket through the Online Dolphins Account Manager and add to the wallet on your smartphone for each playoff round when, and if, home games are confirmed and payment has been processed.
If we go to the Super Bowl, will I have a chance to purchase tickets?
Should the Dolphins participate in Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, the team will conduct a random drawing in which Season Ticket Members will have an opportunity to purchase Super Bowl tickets. The random drawing will be conducted at a time deemed appropriate by the National Football League and invoices serving as notification will be sent to those randomly selected. All Season Ticket Members are automatically eligible for the drawing - separate notification is not required.
