In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the1972 Miami Dolphins Perfect Season, OJ and Seth revisit one of their favorite episodes featuring three legends from that championship team: Larry Csonka, Larry Little, and Mercury Morris.

There were many factors that contributed to the perfect 17-0 record. One reason was their fearsome rushing attack that helped Miami become the first team in NFL history to feature two backs who each rushed for 1,000 yards in the same season.

Those two backs were Pro Football Hall of Fame fullback Larry Csonka and the electric Mercury Morris. Paving the way for Csonka and Morris was an all-star offensive line lead by Hall of Fame guard, Larry Little. This legendary trio dives in to The Tank and it is no surprise that the result is one of our most spectacular episodes to date. From Csonka and Jim Kiick sneaking out of the team hotel through the bushes, to Little earning his poultry inspired nickname, to Morris' supernatural exploits with "The Root Man," these guys are as dynamic on the mic as they were on the field!

Caleb Sturgis: A lot of Kicking is Mental

A St. Augustine native, Caleb Sturgis completed his All-American career at the University of Florida as the school's all-time leader in field goals made. The kicker's collegiate success prompted the Miami Dolphins to select him in the fifth round of the 2013 draft and he would spend the next two years in aqua and orange before an unlikely offseason injury derailed his tenure with the team.

Ed Newman: The Warrior Judge

Ed Newman's professional journey has been the stuff of legends. In 12 NFL seasons, all with the Miami Dolphins, Newman was part of a Super Bowl championship team in 1973, blocked for Bob Griese, Larry Csonka, and Dan Marino, was selected to four Pro Bowls and was named a first-team All Pro in 1984 while also attending law school! Dolphins Challenge Cancer Live

As the Miami Dolphins organization hosted the Dolphins Challenge Cancer (DCC) XIV, Travis Wingfield joined Seth Levit on site for a live radio celebration of the National Football League's largest fundraising event. Brian Walker: I Didn't Want to Let Those Guys Down

Undrafted out of college and released by Washington after just one season, Brian Walker enjoyed a fresh start in South Florida, finding a home in a Miami Dolphins secondary that featured names like Sam Madison, Patrick Surtain, and Brock Marion. Jim Jensen: Crash

In 1981, the Miami Dolphins utilized an 11th round draft choice to select quarterback Jim Jensen out of Boston University. Jensen's career as a signal caller was inauspicious at best, but he would quickly become one of the most versatile NFL players of his generation, contributing as a receiver, tight end, running back, full back, and special teams standout. A favorite of Don Shula and Dan Marino, Jensen solidified his place on the Dolphins 50th Season All-Time Team in 2015, and in the hearts of DolFans forever.
