Getting Your Pass
How do I access my Sideline Access Pass after purchasing?
- Sideline Access Passes are a separate ticket add-on, available in the Dolphins app under the "Tickets" tab.
Can I buy a pass for a single game, or for the whole season?
- Members can purchase SAPs on a single-game basis or as a full-season pass. Note: a full-season pass offers a better per-game value than buying game by game, so if you're planning to attend multiple games, the season pass is the more affordable route.
Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
- Yes — Sideline Access Passes are transferrable directly through the Dolphins app.
Can I resell my pass?
- Sideline Access Passes are not eligible for resale on the Dolphins app.
Is there an age requirement?
- There's no age requirement to access space. The same rule that applies stadium-wide also applies here: children aged 2 and under do not need their own ticket.
Game Day Access
Does my Sideline Access Pass get me into Hard Rock Stadium?
- Given Sideline Access Passes are not an admission ticket, these passes cannot be scanned at the outer gates. You'll need a separate ticket into Hard Rock Stadium in addition to your SAP.
How do I access my sideline area on game day?
- Come and see us at our Member HQs located at section 116 for NE/NW ticket holders and section 144 SE/SW ticket holders. Your ticket will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.
When can I pick up my wristband?
- Wristbands are available for pickup at any time from stadium gate opening through the end of the 3rd quarter.
Where do I go to enter the field?
Your entry point depends on your SAP location:
NE Area (walk down the 121-122 aisle)
NW Area (walk down the 114/115 aisle)
SE Area (walk down the 142/143 aisle)
SW Area (walk down the 149/150 aisle)
When can I actually enter the sideline space?
- Access begins after kickoff — this is a game pass, not a pregame or warmup pass. You'll have access to your space from post-kickoff through the final whistle.
Can I come and go during the game?
- Yes, it's a free-flowing space. You're welcome to return to your regular seats at any time and come back down, and vice versa.
Do I have access to all corners of the field?
- No — your access is limited to the corner your SAP is designated for (for example, an SW pass does not grant access to the SE corner). Wristbands are unique to their designated corner.
