Please note that our regular Junior Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders Program has been changed for 2020 in order to keep children and families safe during the pandemic.

All Junior Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders will receive the below included in their registration fee:

• Official JMDC uniform
• Official JMDC poms
• 4 exclusive virtual dance classes coached by the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders

- Ages 7-15 years old

- Final performance to be held and recorded via Zoom. We will provide you with a sharable link to send to family and friends.

- Individual photo shoot opportunity (optional) abiding by social distancing guidelines to be held at a later date at Hard Rock Stadium

- No tryouts are required

- Space is LIMITED

- You will be sent a recording of the first 3 classes that you missed.

*If registered before or on October 12, 2020, registrants will have the opportunity to participate in the virtual October 12th class*

- 4 dance classes, each taught by a different Miami Dolphins Cheerleader (Oct. 26th, Nov. 9th + 23rd, & Dec. 7th)

- Each class will be one hour long

- Juniors are assigned to class by age

• 7-8 year olds: Mondays at 3 PM
• 9-10 year olds: Mondays at 4:05 PM
• 11-14 year olds: Mondays at 5:10 PM

- Curriculum includes stretching, strengthening and confidence-building
