Players, Cheerleaders & Mascot
Please note that our staff, players and cheerleaders handle their own fan mail and autograph requests. We urge fans not to send items of value for autographs as items can get lost in the mail. The Miami Dolphins organization is not responsible for unanswered autograph requests or unreturned items. Fan Packs and Pocket Schedules

Full-Time Employment
Currently, the Dolphins are at full staff and have no employment opportunities available at this time. Resumes can be sent in and will be kept on file should we have employment openings in the future. Staff Assistantships
The Miami Dolphins offer staff assistantship opportunities to college students in a number of areas.
The Miami Dolphins Staff Assistant Program exposes college students to the practical job experiences of a career in professional sports. The program provides the necessary training opportunities to bridge the gap between college and the work place. Since 1991, more than a dozen of our staff assistants have obtained full-time positions in the NFL, stadium/arena management or other areas of athletic management.
The Miami Dolphins seek conscientious, dedicated, career oriented individuals who like to work and learn. Staff assistants are valued in the organization's day-to-day operations and the rewards are mutual. Hours, duties and length of the staff assistant vary among departments. Additional information regarding the staff assistant program is discussed in greater detail with those apprentices who are in final consideration for a position.
When applying for a staff assistant position, please include the following materials: 1) a list of departments that best match your training and career goals, 2) a resume, and 3) at least two letters of recommendation. All correspondence should be sent to the following address:

If you wish to be considered, your request should be submitted by February 28 of each year for the upcoming staff assistantship season.
Miami Dolphins staff assistant candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Upper-level undergraduate students, graduate school students or recent college graduates looking for training to help reinforce their education.
- College major or minor in an area related to the requested department.
- Previous work and/or volunteer experience.
