Miami – The Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC) today announced the Goo Goo Dolls and Big Head Todd & The Monsters will headline the DCC VIII Finish Line Celebration on Feb. 10, 2018 at Hard Rock Stadium. General admission tickets are on sale now at DolphinsCancerChallenge.com for $25. Proceeds from the concert will be part of the gift given to Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami. Since its inception, the DCC has raised more than $22.5 million, donating 100 percent of participant-raised funds to Sylvester.
DCC VIII weekend will commence with the Kickoff Party on Friday, Feb. 9, followed by the DCC signature event on Saturday Feb. 10 that will include five bike routes through South Florida and a run/walk 5K. All routes for DCC VIII finish at Hard Rock Stadium.To conclude the event, the concert will commence with the Survivor Opening Act presented by Harcourt M. & Virginia W. Sylvester Foundation where cancer survivors will join Miami Dolphins player and alumni.
The Dolphins Cancer Challenge is proud to partner with the Harcourt M. and Virginia W. Sylvester Foundation and the Lennar Foundation, who have lead the effort in making the DCC the single largest fundraiser in the NFL.
