Jeff Hafley was named the 12th head coach of the Miami Dolphins on Jan. 19, 2026. The 2026 season marks Hafley’s 26th year of coaching, 10th season in the NFL and his first with the Dolphins. He also has four years of experience as a head coach at the collegiate level.
