Moore, who started against the New England Patriots last Sunday with Jay Cutler sidelined by a concussion, did not practice all week because of a foot injury.

Also ruled out when the Dolphins released their final injury report of the week were running back Damien Williams (shoulder), guard Jermon Bushrod (foot) and safety Maurice Smith (abdomen).

The Dolphins listed three players as questionable: defensive tackle Davon Godchaux (knee), running back Senorise Perry (concussion) and safety Michael Thomas (knee).

Perry and Thomas both were listed as full participants Friday, and Godchaux did not practice.

Jarvis Landry, Mike Pouncey, Ndamukong Suh and Cameron Wake, who were on the injury report this week, didn't get game status designations, meaning they all will be available.
