Alex Hart joined the Dolphins in the summer of 2018 as a Member of the Membership Service Team. In February of 2021, Alex was promoted to Manager, Membership Service. In her current role, Alex is responsible for overseeing the general service team and along with Nate, responsible for service and retention of 100/300 level Season Ticket Members.
Alex began her career with the Boston Celtics as a Member Experience Executive on their Service Team. In her two seasons with the Celtics, she was the top retention rep, renewing over 95% and generating over $300,000 in upgrade revenue each season. She also focused heavily on developing a Rookie Member Onboarding Program and contributed to the inaugural mobile ticketing launch for the Celtics.
In Alex's first role as a Membership Service Rep with the Dolphins, she was a top performer in renewed and new revenue. After a year as a general rep, Alex was promoted to the role of Account Manager, Club Services where she managed Club Level Members, Theater Box Members as well as the LifeWTR Lounge. She led the team in results, renewing over $4.5M and generating over $400,000 of new business. She quickly became a mentor to her teammates, helping whenever she could and earned the Teamwork Award for the sales floor in May 2020. After three seasons on the Membership Service team, Alex was promoted to Manager, Membership Services.
A Northborough, MA native, Alex attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At UMass, she earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Sport Management degrees in 2016. Alex currently resides in Miami.
