Biography
Anne Noland joined the Miami Dolphins in 2021 and serves as the club's senior vice president of communications and marketing.
Anne Noland joined the Miami Dolphins in 2021 and serves as the club's senior vice president of communications and marketing. In her role, Noland oversees the communication efforts across the enterprise, including football communications, corporate communications, the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open presented by Itaú and other Hard Rock Stadium events. She also leads all brand marketing, content and creative for the organization. The 2026 season marks her 12th year in the NFL.
Noland was elevated to her current role in April 2026 after serving as the club's vice president of communications for two years. She first began with the Dolphins as senior director of football communications in 2021. Prior to her time in Miami, she spent four seasons (2017-20) with the New England Patriots in communications. Noland first entered the NFL in 2015 with the Denver Broncos and spent the 2016 season with the Tennessee Titans, both in their communications departments.
In 2021, Noland was named to The Athletic's NFL 40 Under 40 list, which highlights rising stars from coaching staffs, team personnel and business executives across the league. In 2025, she was recognized as the Young Alumni of the Year by the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. She has also been a member of two Super Bowl Championship teams – the Broncos in 2015 and the Patriots in 2018.
A Marietta, Georgia native, Noland is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received her bachelor's degree in journalism – public relations.
