Biography
Brandon Shore is entering his 12th season with the Dolphins, having been named senior vice president of football and business administration in 2021.
Brandon Shore is entering his 12th season with the Dolphins, having been named senior vice president of football and business administration in 2021.
Shore's primary responsibilities include working directly with General Manager Chris Grier and Head Coach Mike McDaniel on all aspects of football operations. He serves as the team's lead negotiator for player contracts, manages the salary cap and handles all football administration matters, football operations budgets, club compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement and acts as the organization's liaison on labor relations and league matters.
In addition, Shore leads the organization's human resources efforts across football and business operations and oversees the club's information technology, business administration and business analytics departments.
Shore has held a variety of roles since joining the team in 2010, including vice president of football administration (2019-20), senior director of football administration (2016-18), senior director of human resources (2015-16), director of human resources (2014-15), senior manager of human resources and football administration, finance and legal affairs specialist (2012-14) and football administration assistant (2010-12).
Shore was born and raised in South Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University with majors in accounting and business management, and was named the school's Young Alumnus of the Year in 2017. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Shore is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Parkland with his wife, Alison, and his two dogs, Cooper and Lily.
