Brandon Shore serves as senior vice president of football & business administration for the Miami Dolphins, a role he has held since 2021. The 2025 season marks his 16th year with the club, where he has served in various capacities to now lead across both the football and business operations for the organization.
Shore works directly with General Manager Chris Grier and Head Coach Mike McDaniel on all aspects of football operations. He oversees day-to-day football administration, team and training facility operations, video, football analytics, equipment, athletic training, team security and player engagement. He also serves as the team's lead negotiator for player contracts, manages the salary cap and club compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement, and acts as the organization's liaison on labor relations and league matters.
In addition to his football responsibilities, Shore oversees the club's information technology department, leadership development program, as well as the Hard Rock Stadium grounds crew. He also leads the operations for South Florida Sod Farm, which is owned by the Dolphins and produces the natural grass fields for both Hard Rock Stadium and the Baptist Health Training Complex. Throughout his tenure, Shore has previously been responsible for the club's human resources, business analytics and strategy teams.
Shore has held a variety of roles since joining the team in 2010, including vice president of football administration (2019-20), senior director of football administration (2016-18), senior director of human resources (2015-16), director of human resources (2014-15), senior manager of human resources & football administration, finance & legal affairs specialist (2012-14) and football administration assistant (2010-12). He was recognized on The Athletic's "NFL 40 Under 40" list in 2022.
Shore was born and raised in South Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University with majors in accounting and business management, and was named the school's Young Alumnus of the Year in 2017. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Shore is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
