Biography
Brandon Shore currently serves as executive vice president of football operations for the Miami Dolphins. The 2026 season marks his 17th year with the club, where he has served in various capacities to now lead all football operations and administration.

In his role, Shore works alongside General Manager Jon-Eric Sullivan and Head Coach Jeff Hafley on all aspects of the club's football operations. He oversees team and training facility operations, video, football analytics, strategy and systems, equipment, athletic training, team security and player engagement. He also serves as the team's chief negotiator for player contracts, manages the salary cap and club compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement, and acts as the organization's liaison on labor relations and league matters.
Additionally, Shore oversees the club's grounds crew and leads the operations for South Florida Sod Farm, which is owned by the Dolphins and produces the natural grass fields for both Hard Rock Stadium and the Baptist Health Training Complex.
Shore has held a variety of roles since joining the team in 2010, including senior vice president of football & business administration (2021-25), vice president of football administration (2019-20), senior director of football administration (2016-18), senior director of human resources (2015-16), director of human resources (2014-15), senior manager of human resources & football administration, finance & legal affairs specialist (2012-14) and football administration assistant (2010-12). Throughout his tenure with the Dolphins, Shore has previously been responsible for the club's human resources, business analytics, information technology and leadership development programs.
Shore was born and raised in South Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University with majors in accounting and business management, and was named the school's Young Alumnus of the Year in 2017. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Shore is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He was recognized on The Athletic's "NFL 40 Under 40" list in 2022.
