Brian Waterman joined the organization in 2023 as vice president of security. In his role, he oversees event security efforts for all Hard Rock Stadium properties, including Miami Dolphins, Miami Open and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, as well as the Capital One Orange Bowl, University of Miami football games and various other events. In this capacity, he coordinates logistics with local and federal law enforcement and fire rescue for events held at Hard Rock Stadium.

Prior to joining the organization, Waterman was a special agent for the Miami division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1995 to 2023. He held multiple responsibilities during his tenure, spending 15 years investigating white collar crime and serving 13 years as a member of the Miami division SWAT team. Waterman finished his career as the Miami division training coordinator and FBI national academy coordinator. Waterman is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Class 247.

A Miami native, Waterman graduated from the University of South Florida where he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting. Waterman resides in Davie with his wife, Chanin, and two children, Tyler and Tessa.
