Chris Clements is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ross Sports & Entertainment, which encompasses the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and the Miami Open presented by Itaú.

Chris Clements is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ross Sports & Entertainment, which encompasses the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and the Miami Open presented by Itaú.

Clements was promoted to his current role in August 2026 and oversees finance, accounting, information technology, food and beverage, retail operations and legal. He also co-manages the business operations for the Miami Open tennis tournament, which is co-owned and operated with MARI.

Previously, Clements served as senior vice president & chief financial officer from 2014-2026. In this role, he oversaw the organization's accounting, payroll, insurance and treasury. He has also managed all budget and expenditures for the more than $1 billion of renovation and development to the Hard Rock Stadium campus over the past 11 years, all of which has been privately funded by Stephen Ross.

During his tenure with the organization, Clements has received numerous recognitions and honors reflective of his contributions both to the team and the industry, including the Outstanding Member Award as CFO of the Year for the State of Florida from the Florida Institute of CFOs (FiCFO) in 2024, CFO of the Year for private companies by the South Florida Business Journal in 2023 and the Apogee Award for being a top leader in the region by South Florida Business & Wealth in 2019.

Clements joined the Dolphins after working at IMG Worldwide since 1996 in a variety of senior leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and business unit chief financial officer of several sports segments in Cleveland.

He holds a degree in accounting from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. In 2015, he received the Alumni Achievement Award from his alma mater, the highest honor the university bestows upon an alumnus. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Clements is the chief financial officer and treasurer of the Miami Dolphins Foundation. He is also actively involved in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge as a board member and served as DCC VIII Chair.

He and his wife, Sherry, have three children, Riley, Ella and Blaine.
