Danielle Pierce is the club's vice president of partnership development, a position she's held since 2025. In her role, Pierce manages relationships with all existing partnerships and activations across the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium.

Pierce first joined the organization in 2016 as account manager of partnership activation and retention, before being promoted to senior manager of partnership activation in 2017. She then spent two years with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where she served as senior manager of partnership marketing. Pierce returned to the organization in 2019 as director of partnership activation, before being promoted to senior director of partnership activation in 2021. In 2023, Pierce was named senior director of the Paddock Club for the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, a position she held for the 2024 and 2025 races. Prior to her time in Miami, she spent two years with the Detroit Lions and a year with the Atlanta Falcons.

Pierce is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor's degree in recreation, parks and tourism. A DeLand, Florida native, Pierce resides in Pembroke Pines with her husband, Casey.
