Dorie Grogan enters her 26th season with the Miami Dolphins and first as the vice president of corporate events where she leads the development of Hard Rock Stadium's corporate events strategy. In her role, Grogan is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and managing external events to drive organizational revenue and deliver memorable guest experiences. Grogan first joined the organization in 1996 as director of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders.
Grogan previously held the position of vice president of fan experience and entertainment for the inaugural Formula One Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix where she was responsible for the development of all fan experience elements including campus design, entertainment programming, ticket product development, event overlay, food and beverage experience and partnership integration. Leading up to that position, Grogan supported the organization in roles overseeing events, entertainment and brand impact for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium.
Grogan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology and History from the University of North Texas. While residing in Texas, she was also a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys.
She currently lives in Davie, FL, with her husband, Kenny Walker and their three children.
