Kat Malara joined the Miami Dolphins in November 2013 and is the current Director of Sales & Service Operations.
In this role, Kat works with the Ticket Sales & Service teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. She is the project manager on the overall sales & service system process, which set appropriate metrics for sales & renewals. Kat works closely with the Business Analytics & CRM team to develop dashboards, campaign and commission.
Prior to joining the Dolphins, Kat was the Director of Client Services for the Florida Panthers. During her 5.5 years in Florida, Kat started as an intern and earned multiple promotions throughout her tenure to Director. Kat was responsible for the renewal process of season ticket holders and season ticket holder event. In addition, she was responsible for the relocating of season ticket holders during the stadium's Club Red Project.
Kat received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Marketing from Manhattan College and currently resides in Miami.
