Kat Malara joined the Miami Dolphins in November 2013 as Director of Membership Service.
In this role, Kat is responsible for the retention staff that builds relationships, provides service, communicates membership events and renew members. Under Kat's leadership she has help taken the program from a full time staff 4 to 18 and produced the highest rate in 6+ years and over $1M in new revenue as well as implement the Dolphins Membership program for Season Ticket Members.
Prior to joining the Dolphins, Kat was the Director of Client Services for the Florida Panthers. During her 5.5 years in Florida, Kat started as an intern and earned multiple promotions throughout her tenure to Director. Kat was responsible for the renewal process of season ticket holders and season ticket holder event. In addition, she was responsible for the relocating of season ticket holders during the stadium's Club Red Project.
Kat received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Marketing from Manhattan College and currently resides in Miami, FL.
