Kim Miller joined the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium as vice president of human resources in 2022. In her role, she is responsible for all organizational human resource functions and providing oversight for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Previously, Miller served as the vice president of programs for RISE. Founded by Miami Dolphins Chairman of the Board and Managing General Partner Stephen Ross, RISE is a nonprofit with a mission to educate and empower the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice and improve race relations. During her time at RISE, Miller spearheaded the development and implementation of a national program which received recognition from ESPN by way of the Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Award in 2017 and Sports Humanitarian Corporate Community Award in 2019.
Prior to joining RISE, Miller held human resources roles with Target Corporation and Accenture HR Services and also worked as a management consultant with a focus on talent and organizational performance.
Miller earned a bachelor's degree from the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University, where she also ran cross country.
