Max Napolitano currently serves as vice president of football administration and strategy for the Miami Dolphins. The 2026 season marks his 11th year with the club.
In his role, Napolitano works closely with Executive Vice President of Football Operations Brandon Shore in matters related to salary cap management, player contract negotiations and compliance with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement. He also oversees football technology, football systems, analytics and team video.
Napolitano has held a variety of roles since first joining the team in 2014, including business analyst (2014-15), senior business analyst (2016), manager of business analytics (2016-17) and director of business analytics (2017-18). In 2019, he served as a summer consultant with L.E.K. Consulting while pursuing his MBA. Napolitano returned to the organization as director of football administration and strategy in 2020 and was promoted to senior director of football administration and strategy in 2024.
A Westlake Village, California native, Napolitano played football at Yale University, where he received his bachelor's degree in economics. He earned his master's degree in finance and entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, where he graduated with honors. Napolitano is married to his wife, Rachael.
