MDB Mobile is an internal app for Miami Dolphins football operations staff. If something isn't working, check the common issues below first. Most problems have a quick fix.

Common Issues
The app shows "Can't Reach MDB"

MDB Mobile only works while connected to the Miami Dolphins corporate VPN. Confirm your VPN connection is active, then tap Retry.

Signing in doesn't work

MDB Mobile uses your existing Dolphins Okta account. If Okta itself is having issues, other internal tools that use Okta will be affected too. Check with IT if sign-in is failing across multiple systems, not just MDB Mobile.

Siri or Spotlight shortcuts aren't showing up

Open MDB Mobile at least once after installing so iOS registers its shortcuts, then give it a few seconds before trying "Hey Siri, open MDB dashboard."

The Home Screen widget isn't updating

Widgets refresh periodically rather than instantly. If it hasn't updated in a while, remove and re-add the widget from the Home Screen.
