Located across the street from Hard Rock Stadium, the $135 million complex features a 125,000 square-foot training facility and 92,200 square-foot indoor field, totaling 227,200 square-feet of indoor space and two grass practice fields.

The Baptist Health Training Complex features amenities to fit the needs of the Miami Dolphins, inclusive of an outdoor practice area with two full natural grass fields and full indoor practice facility, a state-of-the-art gym and hydrotherapy, dedicated recovery areas, among other state of the art resources.

The Baptist Health Training Complex hosts an array of events throughout the year outside of football practice such as the Baptist Health Jr. Dolphins Combine and Miami Dolphins Training Camp.

Introducing the new Baptist Health Orthopedic Complex

Baptist Health and the Miami Dolphins opened this new complex in August 2023 adjacent to the official Miami Dolphins training facility.

Serving Miami Dolphins players and the public alike, the new location offers comprehensive orthopedic care with a full range of diagnostic imaging, physical therapy and rehabilitation services all under one roof.

The expansive, 17,000-square-foot facility is located adjacent to the Baptist Health Training Complex, the Dolphins official training facility, overlooking the team's practice field. The new location will provide the public with high-quality orthopedic care, featuring cutting-edge technology and renowned Baptist Health medical experts.

As the official sports medicine provider for the Miami Dolphins, the experts at Baptist Health will help you get back to your best.

Buildings don't win championships, but cultures and environments do to some degree and coaches and players certainly do. If we can support the coaching staff and players with a better environment to work in, more efficient environment to work in, more resources around them, it can only be a good thing.
