Pregame Notes: Dolphins - Raiders

Quarterback Jay Cutler will return to the starting lineup Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

Cutler missed the previous game against the Baltimore Ravens because of a rib injury he sustained in the 31-28 victory against the New York Jets on Oct. 22.

With Cutler active, new quarterback David Fales will be among the inactives.

Parker returns: Wide receiver DeVante Parker will make his return to the lineup after missing three games because of an ankle injury.

Parker last played in the 16-10 victory against the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 8.

Larsen sits: Veteran offensive lineman Ted Larsen, who activated from injured reserve Saturday, will have to wait a little longer to make his season debut as he’s among the Dolphins inactives.

That means that Jesse Davis will make his second consecutive start at left guard.

This and that: The Dolphins will be wearing “One Florida” stickers on the back of their helmets, which they began doing against the Chargers and will do the whole season. … The Dolphins will be wearing all-aqua uniforms. … Darius Rucker of Hootie and the Blowfish fame will sing the national anthem.
