With Cutler active, new quarterback David Fales will be among the inactives.

Parker returns: Wide receiver DeVante Parker will make his return to the lineup after missing three games because of an ankle injury.

Parker last played in the 16-10 victory against the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 8.

Larsen sits: Veteran offensive lineman Ted Larsen, who activated from injured reserve Saturday, will have to wait a little longer to make his season debut as he's among the Dolphins inactives.
