Dolphins Sign Cardona

The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed long snapper Joe Cardona.

Cardona, who is entering his 11th NFL season, has appeared in 160 career games with New England (2015-24). He has recorded 13 special teams tackles (seven solo) and one forced fumble. Cardona has also appeared in 13 postseason games and won Super Bowls LI and LIII with the Patriots. He entered the NFL as a fifth-round selection (166th overall) by New England in the 2015 NFL Draft. Cardona played collegiately at Navy (2011-14), appearing in 51 games in four seasons. He was commissioned as a lieutenant in the Navy Reserve.
