Dolphins sign Harrison Jr.

The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed inside linebacker Ronnie Harrison Jr. as an unrestricted free agent.

Harrison Jr. has appeared in 94 career games with 52 starts in eight seasons with Jacksonville (2018-19), Cleveland (2020-22), Indianapolis (2023-24) and Atlanta (2025), recording 265 tackles (174 solo), 8.5 sacks, seven interceptions with two returned for touchdowns, 27 passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. He also appeared in two postseason games with Cleveland. Harrison Jr. entered the NFL as a third-round selection (93rd overall) by Jacksonville in the 2018 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Alabama (2015-17), where he played in 44 games and recorded 177 tackles (110 solo), 3.5 sacks, seven interceptions, 24 passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries in three seasons with the Crimson Tide. He was part of Alabama's 2015 and 2017 National Championship teams.
