Dolphins sign Simeon Barrow Jr. to practice squad

The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed defensive tackle Simeon Barrow Jr. to the practice squad.

Barrow Jr. entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Atlanta in 2025, where he spent the offseason program and training camp. He has had stints on the practice squad with Atlanta and Cleveland. Barrow Jr. finished his collegiate career at the University of Miami (2024), where he earned All-ACC First Team honors after appearing in 13 games with 12 starts and recording 30 tackles (13 solo), 5.5 sacks, 8.0 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and one forced fumble in his lone season with the Hurricanes. He transferred to Miami from Michigan State (2020-23) where he appeared in 34 career games with 30 starts in four seasons and recorded 110 tackles (44 solo), 10.5 sacks, 18.5 tackles for loss, one pass defensed, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery, along with two blocked field goals.
